Welcome to Detroit Archers

DETROIT ARCHERS is the oldest archery club in Michigan. It began in 1924 when Saxton Pope and Art Young visited and decided to form a club known as Detroit Archers. The formal organizational meeting took place in 1928 and our most famous member, Fred Bear, became the club's first President.

Open shooting is generally available on Saturday and some Sundays from 1-5pm. Dates and times subject to change.
