Detroit Archers - Open Shooting

Open Shooting is generally held on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5pm, and Thursday evenings from 6-9pm unless there is another event scheduled. Please see the calendar for updates. No reservations are needed!

Detroit Archers is open to the public both indoors and out!!! In addition to our indoor facility, our outdoor grounds are open to the public for those with their own archery equipment. Don't own your own equipment? Not a problem, you can borrow ours for free!!! While most ranges charge by the hour, our range fee covers the entire time you shoot be it an hour or the whole open shooting period. So from the time you arrive to the time you leave, it's one price!

**Please note that rental equipment can only be used on the indoor range.

Facilities
Indoor and outdoor target ranges can be used during open shoot. This includes our outdoor practice (20-65 yards) and 65 yard FITA ranges.
